Kayla has been teaching and coaching Panther Paws at Permian High School for fourteen years. She is committed to sharing her passion for dance with her students and helping them to excel in the future.
In furtherance of her commitment to the art of dance, she and her colleague, Kristin Carter-Boen, started the En Croix Dance Academy. Her goal is to share the art of dance with all ages beginning as young as the age of three. Her hope is that through her example and mentorship a new generation of students will evolve with the same passion, commitment and love of dance.
When Coach Garza isn’t coaching or dancing, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Paul and their three kids; Declan, Noah and Harper.. Being a mom to all the girls in our program is a blessing, but being these three’s mom is the world!
